Whether you have a limited amount of garden space, or simply want to keep your plants up off the ground for aesthetic or plant health reasons, a garden arch can be an efficient and beautiful vertical way to grow many vining plants such as squashes, beans, cucumbers, peas, melons, and others that would otherwise sprawl out on the ground and take up a lot of surface area.

Garden arches are generally quite easy to construct, and can be made from a wide variety of materials – from bamboo, to PVC pipe, to cattle panels, and more.
